She has a proven track record in the education industry, having served as the Center Head at Little Millenium Pre-school in Pune and Jyotirmay International School (IGCSE) in Pune. She holds certifications in ECCED, PPTC, and TESOL and has spent time training students in elementary schools in Tokyo, Japan, as well as in international preschools in Mumbai, India. Her exposure to various learning pedagogies has allowed her to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of different methodologies such as Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio Emilia's approach, leading her to develop a blended curriculum that incorporates the best practices from each approach.
